The United States' & China's International Goods Trade
The relationship between international goods trade and time is not a linear function. This is because the rate of change is not constant. There is a short period of time where there is actually a decrease in international goods trade for both countries. However, both countries have a positive average rate of change. As the years go by more international trade occurs. This relationship is a function because every input only has one output. This is not a mathematical model because there are too many outside factors to simply use a equation. There are some variables that cannot be quantified such as storms that destroy boats carrying cargo, or wars that hamper trade.

Part B:
This relationship shows which apple device receives what features from iOS 6. This is not a function because there are multiple outputs for every input.
